Sydney VIP Services offers a unique and hassle-free car servicing solution called TONKINS VIP SUPER LUBE. We pick up your vehicle from any location where it is parked during the day – whether it’s your home, office, school, childcare, shopping centre, railway station, hospital, aged care facility, or nursing home.

We work with a trusted panel of qualified mechanics, each with expertise in routine services and specialised repairs. As a preferred supplier to our Mechanical Services Panel, we ensure top-quality work and a smooth service process.

Here is how it works:

  • We collect your car and take it to your preferred mechanic or one from our trusted panel.

  • The mechanic performs the requested service or repair.

  • Once complete, we return your car and keys to the original location.

We understand it is hard to find time during weekdays to visit a mechanic, especially as most do not operate on weekends. Our service solves that problem for a small, affordable fee.

We also help with:

  • Pink & Blue Slip inspections and registrations.

  • Electronic submission of inspection results to RMS.

  • Follow-up repairs if your vehicle doesn’t pass inspection.

  • Transport support if your car becomes unroadworthy during inspection.

If needed, we offer passenger transport in our 7-seater Toyota Granvia, available at $2 per kilometer – cheaper than comparable Uber or taxi services.

Child Restraint Fitting

Proper installation is crucial for your family’s safety and helps reduce injury in a crash. While many modern cars use ISOFIX for easier car seat fitting, if you’re unsure, we can have our fitters inspect and check it for you.

Tow Truck Support

If you ever need a Tow Truck, we have that covered, too. We have 3 Tow Truck operators on our panel for all of the following:

  • Exhaust System – Inspected for damage or leaks.
  • Wheel Bearings – Checked for wear.
  • Drive Shafts/Boots – Inspected for damage.
  • Differential & Clutch Fluids – Topped up if required.
  • Seatbelts – Inspected for function and tension.
  • Handbrake – Tested for reliability on inclines.
  • Windscreen & Mirrors – Checked for chips or cracks.
  • Spare Tyre & Toolkit – Ensured to be complete and functional.

BOOKING PROCESS

All that you need to do is email us with the following information.We do not take instructions over the telephone or by text message.

This is important because we must get your instructions in writing to pass on to the Mechanic :

  • STEP 1 PHOTOS
    To ensure accurate and efficient service, please email us a photo of your vehicle’s number plate so the mechanic can identify your car and order any necessary spare parts, just like you would when buying from SuperCheap Auto. Also, include a clear photo of your odometer to show the current kilometers, which helps determine the correct logbook service required. We also need a photo of your last service sticker, typically located in the top right corner of your windscreen, to verify when the last service was performed or when the next one is due. Lastly, if there are any visible issues, such as worn radiator hoses, damaged fan belts, or a faulty battery, please send photos of those parts as well. This information allows us to communicate clearly with the mechanic and streamline your vehicle’s servicing process.
 
  • STEP 2 INSTRUCTIONS
    Include in the email that you are sending to us the photographs, instructions on your service requirements, or repairs
    A bullet point list is fine. We will then contact our PANEL of mechanics and obtain three quotes for you. We will email back the three quotes for you to choose which one you would like to proceed with. We can also advise you on whom you should choose based on your vehicle problem and the Mechanic. One of our principals has worked as a trade assistant in the motor vehicle servicing industry.
 
  • STEP 3 MECHANIC SELECTION
    You could then advise us by return email which Mechanic you prefer and a day and date that you would like us to pick up your vehicle. We will book your vehicle with the selected Mechanic.
 
  • STEP 4 PAYMENT
    Sydney VIP Transport has a $39 fee per trip for this service. This fee can be paid by bank transfer or PayID. This fee covers fuel and driver operational expenses.
 
  • STEP 5
    We will drive to your nominated location where you park your car. We will drive your car to the mechanic of your choice and wait for your vehicle to be completed, and return your car to the pick-up location.
 
  • STEP 6
    You will receive an invoice directly from the Mechanic that you choose or we will assist you in choosing.

PICK UP PROCESS

  • Our office is based in Stanhope Gardens and we are happy to provide this service within 30 km from our office.
  • We will drive our own vehicle to your location.
  • We will park our vehicle at your location and collect the keys from you for your vehicle and drive to the Mechanic.
  • We will wait at the Mechanics workshop for your vehicle to be completed serviced or repaired by the nominated Mechanic.
  • We have preferential treatment from our mechanics because time is important to you.
  • This is our VIP service. We do not leave the Mechanic’s premises whilst we are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced or repaired.
  • Time is important to you and we know that you need your vehicle returned as soon as possible.
  • We will return your vehicle to the pick-up location once your vehicle has been serviced and or any repairs have been completed.

only on days when we pick up for mechanical repairs or servicing.
