  • Imposing financial penalties, including significant fines for serious breaches.
  • Requiring changes in work practices, along with evidence of compliance.
  • Requesting or demanding information to support investigations into service delivery or business operations.
  • Temporarily or permanently banning a provider or worker from delivering certain supports or services.
  • Altering or revoking the registration of an NDIS-registered provider.
